1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the solobet website at solobet.one, or by registering a solobet account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with solobet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

solobet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published at solobet.one/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the solobet platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the solobet platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person accessing solobet services in any capacity.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a solobet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. solobet strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any solobet game or betting activity.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of solobet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the solobet platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter.

solobet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) solobet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your solobet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. solobet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You must notify solobet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your solobet account, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. solobet reserves the right to verify all information provided and to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

solobet is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. solobet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

solobet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your solobet account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with solobet's standard processing schedule. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. solobet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your solobet account. solobet reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within the stipulated timeframe.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the solobet platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

solobet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• solobet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, use of automated software, or collusion, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• solobet's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the solobet platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

solobet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. solobet does not manipulate game outcomes and all results are determined by the applicable game engine or live dealer process.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, solobet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. solobet's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final.

Bets placed and accepted are final. solobet will not reverse or cancel a bet once it has been confirmed, except in cases of manifest error, technical malfunction, or where solobet determines that a bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the solobet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with solobet games or services.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to launder money or use solobet for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to solobet immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward solobet staff or other players.
• Accessing solobet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your solobet account.

8. Responsible Gaming

solobet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We recognize that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for most players, can become problematic for some individuals. solobet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account dashboard.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the solobet platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the solobet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the platform, is the property of solobet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the solobet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any solobet content without the prior written consent of solobet.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, solobet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the solobet platform.

solobet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the solobet platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your solobet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

solobet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The solobet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Suspension & Termination

solobet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon account closure for cause, solobet reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
